My friend and fellow tour guide at Celtic Park, Marie Rowan recently wrote a best selling book about one of our early legendary captains Dan Doyle.
The book became a best seller but, more importantly, the profits went to the Motor Neurone Disease charity. Myself and friend Joe Henderson have written a song and produced a video about the bold Dan and have raised over £500 to date by selling it locally -it will be presented to the MNDA charity and Celtic TV will film it.
We`ve recently posted the video on YouTube under the title "Big Dan Doyle" and we have a wee message at the end asking Celtic supporters to remember (or a charity of their choice) in their fund raising activities.
It would be great if you could give the project a mention on your websites -the project has been OK`d by Tony hamilton at Celtic Media.
